These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the eStore website, as well as purchases made through the website. By accessing or using the website, or by placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the website or place an order through it.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will become effective when published on the website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

1. Website Use

1.1

You may use the eStore website to browse products, obtain information, create an account where available, and purchase products for lawful personal or business purposes.

1.2

You agree that all information provided by you when creating an account or placing an order is accurate, complete, and up to date.

1.3

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and any password associated with your account.

1.4

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the website, in whole or in part, for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or other operational requirements.

1.5

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors, although we will make reasonable efforts to maintain its availability and functionality.

Submitting an order through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order is not considered finally accepted until it has been confirmed by eStore.

  • There is an obvious pricing or product information error.
  • The order contains inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • We reasonably believe the order is intended for unauthorized resale or distribution.
  • Technical or operational issues prevent us from processing the order.

4.3

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing procedures.

4.4

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of specific products that may be purchased per customer, household, account, or order.

5. Pricing

5.1

All product prices displayed on the website are stated in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) unless otherwise indicated.

5.2

Prices and promotional offers may change without prior notice.

5.3

Applicable taxes are included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated.

5.4

Delivery fees, where applicable, will be displayed separately during the ordering process.

5.5

Promotional prices and offers are subject to their stated terms, conditions, validity periods, and availability.

6. Payment

6.1

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available on the website at the time of purchase.

6.2

We may offer different payment methods, including electronic payment methods and installment options through participating financial partners.

6.3

Installment plans are subject to the terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and approval of the relevant financial institution or payment provider.

6.4

An order will not be processed for delivery or collection until the required payment or payment authorization has been successfully completed.

6.5

eStore does not guarantee approval of any installment or financing application.

7. Delivery

7.1

Delivery times displayed on the website are estimated and may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, order processing, and courier operations.

7.2

Orders are delivered through our designated delivery partners.

7.3

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including name, phone number, and delivery address.

7.4

Any delay resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information may affect the delivery time.

7.5

Upon receiving the order, the customer should inspect the package and notify eStore promptly if there is visible damage to the shipment or packaging.

7.6

Where available, customers may choose an In-Store Pickup option during checkout. Orders will be available for collection once the customer receives confirmation that the order is ready.

7.7

For certain products or orders, additional identification or verification requirements may apply at the time of delivery or collection.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

8.1 No Refunds

Refunds are not available. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their product selection before completing their purchase, as all sales are final.

8.2 Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eStore will offer an exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must remain completely unopened and unused.
  • The original factory seals, pull tabs, protective films, and any other original packaging seals must remain fully intact and must not have been removed, opened, broken, or tampered with.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and complete original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, inserts, and other items included with the original purchase.
  • Opening the product packaging or removing any original seal, pull tab, protective film, or packaging material will make the product ineligible for exchange.
  • The exchange request must be made within 3 days from the date of receiving the item.
  • The original sales receipt with the original stamp must be presented for all exchanges.
  • Exchanges must be made at the eStore store where the original purchase was made.
  • The exchange must be for a product of the same purchase value or a higher value.
  • If the replacement product has a higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.
  • eStore reserves the right to request valid identification before processing an exchange. 
  • eStore reserves the right to inspect the product and reject any exchange that does not meet the above requirements. 

8.3 Promotional Items

Products purchased as part of a promotional offer that includes a complimentary item cannot be exchanged.

For example, if a customer purchases an iPhone as part of a promotion that includes a free cover, the purchase is not eligible for exchange.

8.4 Promotional Offers

Promotional offers and savings are subject to their respective terms and conditions. Where applicable, customers may receive promotional codes through their registered email address or other designated communication channels.

9. Product Warranty

9.1

All Apple hardware products purchased from eStore carry a one-year Limited Warranty, subject to Apple's applicable warranty terms and conditions.

9.2

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the limitations and exclusions applicable to the product.

9.3

Customers may review the applicable Limited Warranty terms for their product before completing their purchase.

9.4

Warranty coverage does not normally include damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, liquid damage, physical damage, or failure to follow applicable product instructions, subject to Apple's applicable warranty terms and applicable law.

9.5

Where a product develops a fault, the customer may be required to submit the product for inspection or diagnosis before any repair, replacement, or other remedy is determined.

9.6

Apple-authorized service and repair services may be provided through 365 Solutions, an Apple Authorised Service Provider, subject to the applicable service and warranty terms.

10. Trade-In

Where available, Trade-In transactions are subject to separate Trade-In terms and eligibility requirements.

The value of a device is determined based on its condition, model, specifications, functionality, and applicable assessment criteria.

eStore reserves the right to reassess a device upon physical inspection before confirming its final Trade-In value.

11. Promotions, Discounts and Vouchers

Promotional offers, discounts, vouchers, and campaigns are subject to their individual terms and validity periods.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

  • Offers cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Offers are subject to product availability.
  • Promotional benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • eStore reserves the right to modify or terminate a promotion in accordance with its applicable terms. 

Voucher Terms

Where a voucher is issued, its applicable terms—including validity period, eligible products, redemption location, minimum purchase requirements, and whether it can be combined with other offers—will be specified at the time of issuance.

12. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the eStore website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, designs, videos, product descriptions, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to eStore or its respective rights holders.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit any website content without prior written permission.

All third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Force Majeure

eStore shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, floods, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, technical failures, supply disruptions, or failures of third-party service providers.

16. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when placing an order.
  • Use the website lawfully.
  • Follow applicable product instructions.
  • Take reasonable care of products after delivery or collection.
  • Comply with these Terms & Conditions.

17. Amendments

eStore reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Failure by eStore to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later time.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any agreement between you and eStore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or a purchase made through the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jordan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
