Order Processing

All orders are processed during our business days, Saturday through Thursday, excluding official holidays.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has been prepared for delivery or is ready for pickup.

Delivery

eStore offers local delivery within Jordan.

Orders are delivered within 3 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, traffic conditions, official holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our delivery team or delivery partner will contact you using the phone number provided when placing your order to coordinate the delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

In-Store Pickup

Customers can choose free In-Store Pickup at checkout and collect their orders from one of our eStore showrooms:

Amman – Makkah Street
Irbid – Wasfi Al-Tal Street

After placing your order and selecting In-Store Pickup, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 1 business day.

You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.

When collecting your order, please have your order confirmation available.

International Shipping

eStore currently does not offer international shipping.

Orders can only be delivered within Jordan or collected from our available eStore showrooms.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including their name, phone number, and delivery address.

Any delay resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer may affect the delivery time.
