No Refunds

Refunds are not available. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their selection before completing their purchase, as all sales are final.

Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Estore will gladly give you an exchange (within 3 days from the receiving the product), simply return the product within the specified period (within 3 days) in its original condition & packaging (including all manuals & accessories) along with the original sales receipt & original stamp otherwise product exchange will be rejected. Your original receipt with the original stamp is required for all exchanges. Exchanges must be made in the Estore store of the original purchase. Estore reserves the right to request identification & to deny any exchange.

·       Exchange must be done within 3 days from the receiving Date of the Item.

·       Exchange must be in the same purchase value or more.

Any item not in its original condition, including box, wrapping, manuals & accessories, also eStore has the right to cancel the exchange. All Packaging must be sealed.

 

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS:

Any product purchased with a promotional item included with the original transaction (e.g., buy an iPhone, get a free Cover) cannot be exchanged.

PRODUCT WARRANTY:

All Apple hardware products carry a one-year Limited Warranty from the date of invoice. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. You may review a copy of the Limited Warranty on new products including its limitations and exclusions, before you purchase.
