Exchange and Refund Policy

eStore may Exchange or Refund any product provided the following 4 conditions are all met:

  1. The product is accompanied by the original eStore receipt.
  2. The product is sealed, unused, and in its original condition.
  3. The product is exchanged  within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  4. The product is exchanged with another product of the same or higher value in which case the difference should be settled.
  • Refunds are executed only in the form of a eStore gift or credit vouchers
  • All exchange and refund transactions must be approved by the store manager or the acting store manager in charge after inspecting the products internally.
  • The inspection process may take up to 3 days from the date of receiving the product by the store.
  • eStore Loyalty points cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire after a limited time.
  • Products on sale and/or promotion can be exchanged only if defected and after internal inspection however they cannot be refunded.
  • eStore Gift cards and credit voucher cannot be refunded.
  • eStore Gift cards and credit vouchers expire after a limited time of issuance date as indicated at time of issuance, not exceeding 12 months.
  • Gift items must be accompanied with the original gift receipt.
